I had a rather complex removal (a lot of small bits of furniture which needed some creative spacial thinking to fit into small storage space). Ben spent an evening and a day with me. And really helped with everything. I asked him for a lot of tips on what to keep and what to throw away and came up with good solutions. He has a very spacious van, offered me water and apples and a fun chat. It turned out to be a fun day. Thanks Ben!

Took my money and never came back. He came over to fix my lights, then interfered with another light that worked completely fine. When this light stopped working he said it needed a new bulb, after replacing the bulb it didn't work so he said he would come back the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't answers my calls or texts and has my money!

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

On returning to carry out a second job damage was caused to hallway wall and stairs, advised trades person and submitted photos, followed up with text messages, no response forthcoming, no apology for damage, totally ignored!

Removed an existing boiler and relocated/fitted a new combi-boiler inside one day for a great price. British Gas had quoted three times the price for the same job. Quite hard to get hold of on the phone, but worth persevering with.

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
