Workman did not want to clean up after he had done our plastering. Spent a long time arguing on it and at the end we had to deduct cleaning fees from his final payment. Even at that he made such a messy job and the deducted fees were no way enough. nd on top of that his job was very unprofessional. Will not recommend him ever.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
