Came on time to check my boiler, which keeps cutting out. Spent around 2 hours looking at it only finding a cracked insulating plate, but unable to stop my boiler from cutting out. Took details of the plate to replace, stuck a do not use sticker on my boiler, and £100 from me. Then nothing until I chased him for an update and it was clear he’d not ordered a replacement plate. Chased again and not heard anything since. Avoid this man at all costs. I’m £100 down and needing to find a reliable gas engineer.

I was told last year by an experienced heating engineer that I required a new boiler. I have saved up and was looking for my best option. Steve contacted me quickly after advertising on here and he arrived promptly as agreed. My request was for a replacement boiler. He used all his knowledge hence the Oracle and gave me informed options. I told him him why I was needing a boiler. He inspected my current one and had it running in 10 minutes. Saved me money I will and am using again. Honesty is best policy.

Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr. Took his advice and switched from halogens to led downlighters. Very pleased with the service, especially as it was a Sunday and didn't charge extra for weekend work.

And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. Re boiler service. Gary kept in touch all the way through keeping me updated. He had a problem with a piece of equipment which unfortunately meant he couldn't do the job on the original day but arranged for the job to be done the very next day by a colleague. No complaints.
