The plastering job was very good. However, they failed to cover the carpets with dust sheets & as a result the carpets are ruined. They also failed to refit the radiator on a larger bracket as quoted and they haven't returned to refit the skirting board. In fact they left the skirting board outside in the rain. Even though the plastering job was good, they left such a mess throughout the house it is going to cost me considerably more to get carpets cleaned and to hire someone else to finish the job.

Really lovely guy came and told me what the problem was, gave an honest quote, but unfortunately the problem wasnt covered by my insurance company, so havent gone ahead.

At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Hi Jordan, neither do I but you promised to replace the tiles you ruined and you have since not responded or actioned. I have no idea how you have achieved the rating if you and your team do this to others. I believed it only fair to warn other people. Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!

AVOID!! We hired DAP services as the quote was significantly cheaper than others. However, although the 'tradesman' was a nice guy, the work was very poor. DAP services did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. No partial refund was received despite being promised. This has resulted in all the plastering having to be re-done. As such we would not recommend.

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
