We had just had a bad experience with another builder and were weary of tradesmen but Maurize was trustworthy from the get go and went out of his way to fill us with confidence. We are very happy on the whole with the work done on our extension. The quality of the work is excellent and the team worked really hard, kept to their hours and left the place clean and tidy each day. There were a few extra jobs along the way that we asked if they could do and they were very happy to do these for us. There were some unexpected costs, but Peter always gave us price options so we didn't feel any pressure to pay a premium. The finishing touches took a while to complete but this was minor.

Peter solved all problems with ease. This included skimming an extra wall but at no extra cost. As for the finished job, it exceeded my expectations,the rooms skimmed were in such bad shape. Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.
