I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.

Gentur is very hard working, he doesn't stop. He is full of great ideas and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy. I have had the whole of my back garden brick weaved and he has done a fantastic job, which i'm over the moon with. I'm so pleased that he is coming back in a few weeks to do the front garden. They turned up on time every day, worked 7 days a week to get the job done, listened to what I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves every day and just worked constantly throughout the day.The price quoted was very competitive. I would definately use them again. The job that I had done was a complete bathroom refurbishment and roof repair.

It was a pleasure to have Sam install our bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble and he even called 2 days before the start date to check all was OK and proceeded to fit a new gate valve to enable me to disconnect the old suite. He also collected bathroom fittings for us to save a 30 mile round trip. He worked hard on the installation to finish it as soon as possible but maintained a very high quality of finish. He made suggestions to improve the final appearance which were very welcome.

Premrend strengthened beams in my loft, built a stud wall and removed a brick wall then re-plastered two ceilings with coving. We are really pleased with the work Miles did for us. He is very professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He turned up when he said he would, and was finished when he said he would be. I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. Leigh did an outstanding peice of precision cornice work for us which we are massively pleased with. The room itself was challenging to say the least as with an old house nothing is square. However his skill and craftsmanship is reflected in the overall finish. The cost was also extremely reasonable. I would highly recommend Leigh to anyone considering this type of work.
