On on build are a general building company based in the Nottingham and surrounding areas. We provide various services including underfloor heating and floor sreeeding, bricklaying, driveways, turfing,fencing, patios, roofing and driveway cleaning and resealing. PL insured and cscs cpcs certified. Over the last 3 years i have been working on train sidings refurbishment in manchester and new build house and been on checkatrade, but back on rated people again now.

He was on time and kept me informed of the progress throughout. We were so impressed we invited him back to do our kitchen, which we were equally impressed with. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Been looking for a window cleaner for a long time and I put a request out and Scott replied very quickly. I expected a manual window cleaner with ladder and cloth. However, a large brush with an extension was used to reach all windows and they use purified water (blemish free). The windows look really lovely and dried crystal clear (it rained after they left!). Window frames were also cleaned. Gutters were also cleaned with a vacuum to remove moss. Would recommend. Nice people. Thumbs up!

Steve took on the task of renovating and decorating the hallway and landing of our Victorian house. A very delicate job which Steve did a fantastic job on. The attention to detail is fantastic!! The job took 2 weeks and having Steve here was nothing intrusive at all. Highly highly recommend Steve.
