We are a plastering company from Wrexham,we travel with in 25 mile radius , covering the Wirral area , Cheshire,Flintshire,Prestatyn and surrounding areas , Shropshire and Shewsbury area . We have been trading for 6 years as a business and I have 27 years experience plastering only . We have just recently joined rated people to boost our profile and start a new chapter. Came and visited measured up and said would get back to me with a price. Shook handsthis clearly doesn't mean anything to them. I got the price by text. I agreed and said by text I needed someone you can rely on. The reply by text was you can rely on us we agreed a date and time, I took time off work, I rang emailed and left a voice mail and text to see where they were when they didn't show.I'm still waiting, they are not even polite enough to let me know they couldn't come or didn't want the job.

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!

Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

Would NOT recommend. Friendly but very slow on the project, having to cancel carpets and house moving dates, ruining our first Christmas in the house. Would have been quicker if he actually worked longer than 3 hours a days. Not only that, but very unprofessional leaving a complete mess of the whole of upstairs with broken tiles. And dust all over our freshly painted walls. "Finished" and had to call him back. "Finished" again for him to not complete the job leaving me to fit the sink and grout tilesmyself.

I was a little sceptical using the Rated People website. But we used Robin to fit a laminate floor in our kitchen and the experience was excellent. Robin gave us a very competitive price and he did a very professional job. He was very polite and the floor was fitted to a very high standard. He was very tidy and cleaned all rubbish etc. After he had finished the job. I will be using Robin again as he was genuine and reliable.

These have done an amazing job. Came and quoted, with dates for us to agree upon. They turned up bright and early as discussed and worked really hard. They had a tough base to work from and I couldn't be happier. All paint work is to a high standard and they left my house tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Also I really appreciated them working with us to ensure they wernt working in rooms we needed to use and to check we were happy with their work. Would definitely recommend and use again.

plastering chases job. spoke to him on the phone sounded good then when he got on the job. he started work. then sent me a text saying he as started then he as done 1 because he carnt get it done in one day. not even bothered to ring me and talk about the matter just left site then sent me a msg! very very not happy!
