Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.

AVOID!! We hired DAP services as the quote was significantly cheaper than others. However, although the 'tradesman' was a nice guy, the work was very poor. DAP services did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. No partial refund was received despite being promised. This has resulted in all the plastering having to be re-done. As such we would not recommend.
