An unwieldy hedge was quickly removed and taken away, ditto the untidy gravel and replaced with very neat and attractive blocks. He was on time and kept me informed of the progress throughout. We were so impressed we invited him back to do our kitchen, which we were equally impressed with. Tony got in touch straight away, and started work within a couple of days. Standard of work was fantastic, they were very punctual and polite, and got the job done much faster than expected. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.
