He confirmed the evening before he came, they arrived when they said they would, with no time wasting they got stuck in and papered both rooms within a matter of hours. The job was done well, rooms left tidy - all 3 were very polite and courteous. He removed a glass pane from door and fitted wooden replacement before installing cat flap - looks smart and exactly what I wanted; he also installed MDF shelves in a walk in cupboard - not exactly complex, but affordable and exactly what I needed.
