Expert at removing any stuborn wallpaper All damproof techniques including membrane. the quicker cheaper lasting option.. I'm a very efficient painter and decorator.Also time served plasterer. Can complete all tasks of plastering too a high standard. Worked in social housing andand got relevant skills. I am CSCS Registered artex problem. No problem.all paints, wallpapering techniques, and outside paints. Waterbased or oil based. Remember painting companies have bigger profits and probably VAT. I know I've worked for them.

Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

Georgian and his team did a great job clearing borders at the front and back of our house, turning over the soil and preparing areas for planting. Unfortunately I have to state that my experience with this company has been absolutely unacceptable. We agreed a price and a date to start works. Day one they did not turn up and did not call to provide an explanation until the day had almost finished. They then promised that they would attend on Friday morning and complete the works. Once again I received no call. I called the contractor left voicemail messages and finally left a message via WhatsApp. Contractor called me back around 15.30pm and apologise

Quoted £35 ... Tried to fix lights. After 45 mins the problem was not sorted and the price went to £100 to fix. So did not use. The new price included new wiring.

Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.

Unreliable. He came to give quote and we agreed a date to start work. He didn't turn up, no communication from him. Kept saying he would turn up on various days then didn't. No communication. I booked holidays from work, so lost them. Eventually text me to say he will start the following week. No communication since them even though I have tried several times.
