Highly recommended !! 5 star rating given for an excellent transformation of my hallway, stairs and landing, which required all walls to be skimmed and sanded prior to paintwork due to the poor condition of the walls when paper was removed. Spyros always arrived before start time, would stay longer when necessary if in the middle of a specific part of the job, cleared away all debris each day, vacuumed thoroughly and kept me fully informed of the additional costs incurred (skim/sand). Dragos worked six days a week to keep me informed of progress, answered all my questions, and identified practical solutions to unforeseen problems, supported by detailed costings . David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

I can't rate Evans&Son; (Paul) highly enough. After meeting Paul only once I was comfortable enough to be able to handover the keys to the house (which is 200 miles away from where I now live) and let Paul get on with the job (painting all walls and woodwork, replacing carpets and floor tiles, and general maintenance jobs around the house). Paul did a fantastic job, was very competitively priced, and stuck to price originally quoted.

We supplied the wall colour and Larry provided all the other materials. On time every day for the 3 days he took to complete the job (had quoted four) and subsequently reduced the price to reflect this.
