The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. There was one issue where I wanted more shelves put up on the wall, this was no problem for Damien, he went out to get the extra brackets needed and got the job done. Thank you :)

This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. Very unsatisfied customers, extremely annoyed with the poor service received. It's taken 5-6 weeks to get an integrated washing machine door fitted. John doesn't answer your calls, doesn't update you, and left us thinking we won't ever get our door back. It was all unnecessary really. Honesty is all we wanted, just came up with an excuse for the delay. Sorry if you read this John, but I hope you don't do the same to others!

Two men turned up after quoting for the job of supplying and fixing a UPVC panel on the facia of our garage and rubbing down and painting the door frame. They fitted the panel but left gaps at the edges unsealed. They,painted the frame with one coat of paint, but this has soaked in and they failed to return as they promised to complete the job. They were payed in full in cash. They said they would bring a receipt when they returned which they never did.

Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...
