I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. I was very pleased with punctuality and value for money. However, one of the jobs quoted and paid for i.e. fixing the toilet has not been done properly and is as bad as before he looked at it and my calls have been ignored for 3 weeks to rectify this. also a crack in a wall keeps reappearing and there was red paint on a cream carpet which was not brought to my attention and a professional carpet cleaner could not remove.

Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.

painter since 1999 ,up to 2012 in italy and the rest in uk between kent and london. 1st of all I don't have yet feedback but I won't let anybody down. i have learnt to be quick ,clean and reliable which is the only way i like to work in order to give the best service to clients. i been also sorting paintinghs and various repairs for a lettings agency in rochester for many years. i like to optimise the time and dont waiste time and energy. i do love to make customer happy as this is the way i like. i also do manage properties refurbishments as i have ,when i need ,i good team as i m doing now in dulwich area. we can also do tiling in the proper way inside and outside. i been also doing a professional external and internal thermal insulations made on around 7000 s/m in italy as a trader. didnt make many pictures of my jobs over the years as im old style man but i will upload as many as i can from my cloud storage.
