My name is Akos, I am originally an architect but I have a company called Zebra Services here in the South of England including South London. I do a lot of things by trade but my favourite occupation and our specialty is roofing, guttering, chimney and decorating, and painting, this includes minor plasterboard work, doors, skirting boards etc. But I wouldd rather have them talk about what others think of us: Akos and his colleague that worked on our house were thorough professionals and took great pride in the work they do. Honest, on time, and always thinking on their customers' behalf. He will be my first call if I have anything else that needs looking into around the house. An excellent job completed on time as expected. Wayne is the only painter I have employed who took the time to remove all the gutters in order to completely paint underneath them. He also cleaned out the gutters before replacing them. I shall certainly recommend him and use him when next I need any future painting.

I would have given better feedback if my loft wasn't painted over shut and then difficult to open, my skirtings in lounge in a terrible state not lined up with gaps and my light switches even though i requested them to be removed before painted were papered and painted around and even though Garry fitted the switches in my lounge they were smaller and it doesn't look good and the same for my orange painted walls with white patches around my new switches which Garry was aware I purchased and was having fit

Nice bloke, but after the first day of hanging wallpaper my wife had concerns. The cutting of edges were all over the place. Not a straight edge anywhere. I tried to make excuses for Alan as our walls are not perfect. However, on the 2nd day to do a small feature wall, I have to say that even I am really disappointed. Again, no straight cuts and also gaps in the joins. I honestly wish I had taken the time to do it myself.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. Very unsatisfied customers, extremely annoyed with the poor service received. It's taken 5-6 weeks to get an integrated washing machine door fitted. John doesn't answer your calls, doesn't update you, and left us thinking we won't ever get our door back. It was all unnecessary really. Honesty is all we wanted, just came up with an excuse for the delay. Sorry if you read this John, but I hope you don't do the same to others!

Two men turned up after quoting for the job of supplying and fixing a UPVC panel on the facia of our garage and rubbing down and painting the door frame. They fitted the panel but left gaps at the edges unsealed. They,painted the frame with one coat of paint, but this has soaked in and they failed to return as they promised to complete the job. They were payed in full in cash. They said they would bring a receipt when they returned which they never did.

Paint was left bubbling on the walls, had to re do myself, took my money and ran, no idea of what 'preparation' means just painted on walls no primer used, didn't use 'textured paint' as per request, had to remind him of the rail he forgot to paint. Painted over old wallpaper too... Didn't offer to put anything right left me some paint to finish job myself...
