He was very good at the job and finished on time etc. The one thing I found slightly annoying was the urgency to finish the job and get the money, ie insisting that he paints the fence even though it was forecast to almost certainly rain that day and receiving multiple calls from his wife etc to our pressure. Overall though I am pleased with the end result and will use him again if given a chance

I hired them to demolish old garage and build new, so they took the money, left the building unfinished. The part it’s been done, I have to do it again, roof is leaking, no gutter.

After a couple of weeks of laying our Kardean flooring our downstairs neighbours informed us that they had water pouring through their ceiling. Upon inspection, and after ripping up a vast majority of our new flooring, it was found that the 25mm nails that Greg had used to fix the plywood down to the 18mm floorboards had PUNCTURED A WATER PIPE in 2 places. Once Greg was informed of this he has taken NO RESPONSIBILITY for this whatsoever and has NO INSURANCE to pay us. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Would not recommend, was inconsiderate, turned up at my home late at night twice unexpectedly. Did not paint neatly - didn’t use frog tape I provided - painted into my ceiling and skirting boards. Ruined my original fireplace by splashing paint on it. Left my home dirty with all the rubbish left behind. Did not have basic tools that a professional tradesperson would usually have - used my new hoover and left paint all over it and used it to hoover up wallpaper which made it jam.

Cleaner rang to say he was going on holiday for two weeks and could not get anyone to cover his shift. He will call when he get back. That was just over 4 weeks ago - not heard a thing. I guess that was his way of getting out of the job! Would not recommend at all.

Joseph arrived late, brought incorrect and insufficient materials & took 8hrs to finish 3 small jobs. When I raised concerns, he deflected blame & suggested I buy more materials or have the job incomplete. I had to call for help to intervene before he agreed to complete the work. After paying, he made inappropriate comments about how I should have negotiated with him & about 'understanding people's minds.' I wouldn’t recommend his services, I wish him the best and hope he continues to improve his skills.

Dana's cleaning failed to turn up and did not call to inform me. I called to find out why they had not arrived and was hung up on. The phone was subsequently turned off. Very disappointing. Â I would not recommend Dana's cleaning.Â

I had to sack Andrei's team after the first day for a few reasons: 1. They were over an hour late both the day of work and the next day before I sacked them 2. He quoted me a price for 2 days work but sent only 2 people, 1 was a labourer who had no clue what to do with the materials I supplied, cut them wrrong, wasted them etc - at that rate it would have taken at least 5 days 3. The work was bad. Every single thing they did we have to redo - handles crooked, door frames loose, inaccurate carpentry - BAD.

Very disappointed as after A LOT of emails and calls back and forth, Mario didn't come to my property. I had to rearrange my day and come back home at a time he could make it to find out he wasn't there. His phone was not on to find out where he was. And he only texted me after 8 hours saying that his previous job had overrun. I really would love to believe that, but it was a sunny day outside and I'm sure he could have found a plug within 8 hours to charge his phone if that was the problem.

I asked this person to rebuild a damaged bin container just like the one next to it. He gave me an acceptable quote and I was paying for materials. The adjoining bin was made from 3/4 ply and he used 1/4 inch MDF that began to dissolve with the first rain. He accused me of sabotaging his work and even suggested somebody had jumped on it! In our subsequent text exchange he even used the F word. I’m now having to have the whole job redone. His skills appear to be limited and he has a short temper.

Responded quickly, made an appointment to come and view my property, cancelled this the next day and I've not heard from her since (appt made 29th Jan, cancelled 30th Jan). 0/10 for Customer focus, keeping your promises and being reliable. I cant comment on actual services being offered as I did not get a chance to experience them (cleaning). Make your own determination as to what this might mean with regards to the ratability of this trades-person.
