Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. He proved to be reliable and very polite. He has since done some further minor jobs in our new home and I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a good plumber. I have no idea how you have achieved the rating if you and your team do this to others. I believed it only fair to warn other people. after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
