Early Communication wasn't great. Failed to mention that job only done Evenings & Weekends as in full time work - Only advised after old suite removed. Quality of work was good but finishing touches let him down a bit. Had to wash off tile adhesive from ceiling and paint it myself. Felt rushed towards end of job. Initially said rubbish would be cleared - half way through job advised he could find someone to clear it but would be extra fee!

Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. I then contacted him to arrange another visit for a quote and once again he never turned up, even though I checked with him the day before to ensure that he would honour the arrangement. after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. Service level offered poor in contact terms , not what I was told and expected from such a large company . Time wasting from 1st reply.
The services that I do is mainly painting, tiling, wallpaper and decorated.

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
