They were hardworking and explained the work that needed doing clearly and gave the options that were open to me from the stage of quoting right through to the completion of the job. They spoke in an easy to understand language which was a good thing as I hadn't a clue about the job. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge.
