HPS were set quite a high specification to meet - a tricky andvery compact installation in an older property for a meticulous client. They did not disappoint once the customer's expectation of quality and his 'no compromise' approach were fully understood. The job took longer than anticipated - to HPS's credit they did not cut any corners and worked through to completion without leaving the job half finished. Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
