Booked Andy in to start today. Cancelled other electricians who were coming to quote. After waiting all morning, no response from Andy. I finally got a text before midday to say he couldn’t do my job as he’d won another contract. Unprofessional and unreliable. Shouldn’t have booked my job in if he had no intention of coming. Ended up wasting a whole day, putting my project behind and setting me back to square one as now I have to find a new electrician after cancelling them.

The contractors were hardworking and turned up on time. They were hardworking and explained the work that needed doing clearly and gave the options that were open to me from the stage of quoting right through to the completion of the job. They spoke in an easy to understand language which was a good thing as I hadn't a clue about the job. The work was completed to a high standard and each part of the job was completed to 110% satisfaction. Overall they offered value for money for a job of the highest standard and would have no hesitation to use them again.

David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. Adam came and looked and the job and provided some good advice, which will save money. He fitted the taps the next day and was punctual and tidy. Reasonably priced. Have had problems finding a reliable and competent plumber in the past, but not any longer!
Our key area is to work on all those jobs around the house that you may never have time to do yourself. In our busy society we know how hard it is to find a spare minute to put up that shelf our may re tile the bathroom. This is where we come in.
