Oli is superb. Tidy, conscious, and adaptable. He stripped out the plasterboard walls and studwork in our home prior to remodelling. He worked quickly and confidently and respected our home. Whilst stripping out he came across some asbestos and he dealt with it appropriately, contacting an asbestos registered colleague and bagging it up and safety removing it at a very reasonable cost. We plan on using him again soon

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

1. Paid extra £100 to fit cupboards, drilled right through the wall and tried to hide the hole with one of the pictures 2. didn't fit the bath panel 3. the toilet was not fixed to the floor (originally fixed) 4. the taps on the sink are loose & scratched enamel off sink. 5. Didn't cap radiator, water went through to utility room. Additional costs of painting & new light fitting. Additional cost for a professional plumber supposed to be in quote. Tiling good took longer than your initial quote of 4 days.

I can't believe he said these things as he is aware that he is lying completely. First lie: I told him after two weeks about broken cooker handle as it can be proved that I left my feedback about my broken cooker handle after 3 days he did the work. Unfortunately I disagree. I posted this as one job and can prove this so will be taking this further. I also paid most of the money. Scott only called back after the tenant was fed up of the job being left unfinished for many many months. He also left a ceiling light hanging which was a health and safety concern and refuses to provide his insurance details.

Family stuff got in the way, so I didn’t go ahead with the job described but Damien did a different job where he built a false wall in my garage to create a warmer part of the garage for my cats, plus it has helped keep my house warmer. Damien turned up on time, did the job we discussed. Very unsatisfied customers, extremely annoyed with the poor service received. It's taken 5-6 weeks to get an integrated washing machine door fitted. John doesn't answer your calls, doesn't update you, and left us thinking we won't ever get our door back. It was all unnecessary really. Honesty is all we wanted, just came up with an excuse for the delay. Sorry if you read this John, but I hope you don't do the same to others!

I arranged a time and date with Andy. A couple of days later he contacted me and asked to change the time and date. We agreed a new time and date at his request but he didn't turn up till 24 hours after the new time, and called me "rude" when I told him I wasn't interested if he can't keep his own appointments. The job didn't get done.

he never came to my house to check if my measurements were correct, he then called back to ask if i had any other quotes i advised i hadnt, he said because if i had, received a quote for say 400, he wouldnt bother wasting his time putting it on paper and coming round to pop it into my door, now i might not of necessarily of gone for the cheapest quote, so as he couldnt be bothered, i found a tiler who laid it for me.
