Avoid this company at all costs, Scott came round gave a quote then arranged a date to install 14 doors. Confirmed he’d got said doors and agreed an install date, I even confirmed the night before. Never turned up, ignored phone calls and texts - total waste of time. Looks like other people have also had similar problems on here looking at the other reviews.

John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

I have also had two of my neighbours say how respectful they had been towards them, in regards to unavoidable noise and van parking. Spoke with the cust and when the job was done he was pleased and they noticed issues a day or so after. Could not get in touch with Emanuel so he could come back and rectify the issues but could not get through message stated phone not in use. i tried and left a vm then had to send an email. Emanuel did call the cust and went out , the cust is pleased with his job that was done last night but is still upset about what it's took to get the fitter back 3 star rating

He is a pleasant, keen and skilful handyman but he is not an experienced or qualified gardener. He cut my hedge very nicely and was willing to do anything I asked but I did not feel that I could confidently leave my plants in his hands and that he would know when to do whatever was needed. I am not sure but I think that he prefers handyman work to gardening.

The work was completed to a high standard and gave some good recommendations regarding replacement switches etc. the price was ok and included the new switches. He came promptly to quote for the job and the original visit, but couldn't come back for a few days to complete after the tiler had finished. When he did, he left early and I was left without any heating or cooking facilities over the weekend. He came back on the Monday and completed the job satisfactorily.
