The representative turned up on time to quote for the job, and the quote was about what I expected and was happy with. Unexpectedly, my original house builder turned up and offered to carry out repairs free of charge, so I cancelled the job with Morris and they were very understanding. I'm not really sure what the quality of the job would have been had Morris done the work, so I only rated them 3* (average). I would certainly ask Morris to quote for all future work.

It was a pleasure to have him on site. Our repointing was a horrible job to do but he did it without complaint and we are delighted with the results.
