I strongly recommend Kerrigan and team. I've had varied experience on Rated People in the past, but didn't want to leave tradesmen bad feedback. I have no such worry with DCP Lettings. They turn up when they say they will, work was completed at a good fair price and to a high standard. Kerrigan and team are courteous, polite, diligent and mindful of their work. In future I won't be looking on Rated People, I'll be hiring DCP Lettings and joining the ranks of people who can recommend a trusted builder.

The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. Paul quoted the job and kept in touch whilst the doors were ordered. I had asked for a replacement conservatory door which was worn out and beyond economical repair. Other builders had told me that I would need a new conservatory. A set of doors were made to measure and fitted. Although the profiles were never going to match a good job was done for a reasonable price. I would recommend this firm and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I was very impressed with the quality of work. The plasterer turned up on time to work out the quote, and it was a quote not an estimate. He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. Asked them to do a big job (over 50 Sqm including under tile heating over 4 rooms) and at very short notice and they could not have done a more efficient job. I trusted them in my house alone for the 5 days and they left it tidy and clean and we're extremely polite and helpful. They filled us in with all the details we wanted to know and we're very contactable. Cannot recommend these guys highly enough!
