Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Chris came to quote for the job quickly and suggested ideas to help us with our kitchen renovation. He kept in touch throughout and arrived on time to complete the work. The finish of the work from Chris and also the plumber he organised to plumb the sink, tile, reconnect the gas hob and seal was excellent and we are very happy with the completed job.
