I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. I found R.A builders very helpful. Richard showed up exactly when he said he would and carried out the work in a very professional manner, leaving a very tidy working area. He provided all materials and work was carried out quickly. Richard obviously takes pride in his work as although this was just a quick rebuild he was very precise about what he was doing leaving the rough blocks neatly finished. This was the first time R A builders had done work for us but they will certainly be getting first shout on any future work. Thanks for making this a very easy experience for us, I would certainly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a builder.

Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

Not only was the job (building a mezzanine bed with cupboards & shelving, & fitting a hardwood floor in our box room) done to a beautifully high standard (way surpassing our expectations), but they were excellent communicators - keeping in touch & sending us pics throughout the build; fast working & punctual; tidy, respectful, courteous & polite; + super reasonable. Ifound paul to be knowledgeable and trustworthy. He did an excellent job in replacing the facia around my garage and repaired all the leaks on the guttering. he also replaced a few cracked and broken tiles on the roof of both garage and house. I also got him back to clear the moss off the roof as I was very happy with his work. I highly recommend this tradesman and would use him again and again.
