I had been generally happy with the paint work when it was finished but on closer inspection and having to spend 6+ hours cleaning up, I can categorically say I am not happy & keep finding more to be unhappy with. There is paint everywhere even inside one of the (brand new!) toilets and underneath the masking tape, where it was even used! There are drips of paint on the woodwork and all the window sills and doors need another coat. Holes in doorframes were also not filled before painting. Not happy at all

Workman did not want to clean up after he had done our plastering. Spent a long time arguing on it and at the end we had to deduct cleaning fees from his final payment. Even at that he made such a messy job and the deducted fees were no way enough. nd on top of that his job was very unprofessional. Will not recommend him ever.

Expert at removing any stuborn wallpaper All damproof techniques including membrane. the quicker cheaper lasting option.. I'm a very efficient painter and decorator.Also time served plasterer. Can complete all tasks of plastering too a high standard. Worked in social housing andand got relevant skills. I am CSCS Registered artex problem. No problem.all paints, wallpapering techniques, and outside paints. Waterbased or oil based. Remember painting companies have bigger profits and probably VAT. I know I've worked for them.

We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The plastering job was very good. However, they failed to cover the carpets with dust sheets & as a result the carpets are ruined. They also failed to refit the radiator on a larger bracket as quoted and they haven't returned to refit the skirting board. In fact they left the skirting board outside in the rain. Even though the plastering job was good, they left such a mess throughout the house it is going to cost me considerably more to get carpets cleaned and to hire someone else to finish the job.

Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!

They caused a gas leak, they went door to door to all my neighbors trying to quote for garden work. They took my neighbours tools and used their water without permission - that’s trespassing. They left mess in my garden. They did not do the work as agreed. Very disappointed

How can i know the job was going to be rubbish until it had dried. As i said i have tried jet washing the wall and it will not come off. I have spent several hrs trying to get all the footprints off the pavement and it hasn't come off. I did say i was happy with the job before it had dried then everything could be seen. Please see the pictures as i don't understand why you are saying i am lying for a refund when you can see yourself.
