They worked tirelessly throughout that day taking very few breaks. Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

I was given a quote without him having seen the job first. Smacks of extra costs being added later for ‘unanticipated problems’. I didn’t hire him for this reason.

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!

I sent Steve £890 after he came to measure up so he could buy materials for my job. After 6 weeks of numerous delays and excuses he's now completely stopped texting back and won't answer my calls. I've no choice now but to go through the small claims court to try and get the money back. Really disappointing. Quoted £35 ... Tried to fix lights. After 45 mins the problem was not sorted and the price went to £100 to fix. So did not use. The new price included new wiring.

Going on what my tenant has said discussing your opinion about either what i said ,or if the tenant is paying to much is breaking rule number one . client reliability and has caused me issues/costs.Work is ok but i wont be using again as i cant trust what will be said and relayed between client and tradesman!My advice is do the work and dont say anything to anybody that my cause issues!

Lowes Construction installed a bathroom for us initially the work appeared to be good but he took 4 times the length of time quoted, he asked for his money leaving some of the jobs unfinished and then would not respond to our calls, e mails or letters asking when the work would be finished. When notified that the shower leaked, sinks were incorrectly positioned, damaged panel not replaced. he did not return to repair any of the problems raised. I would not reccomend anyone to employ this company.

AVOID!! We hired DAP services as the quote was significantly cheaper than others. However, although the 'tradesman' was a nice guy, the work was very poor. DAP services did try to rectify the problems but to no avail. No partial refund was received despite being promised. This has resulted in all the plastering having to be re-done. As such we would not recommend.
