Had a quote for roof repair which included for 1 missing tile, re fitting existing tiles, repairing flashing and gutter cleaning did not accept quote. On advice from another roofer just had the one missing tile replaced since there was no evidence of any leaks inside the loft or 2nd floor ceilings.

Colin can turn his hand to anything. A brilliant worker and has a very high attention to detail. The coving in the house dates back to the 1930s and not available to purchase any more. JMD builders renovated my bathroom to a very high standard. They turned up on time. Cleaned up each day after work. I am particularly pleased because I have a very small bathroom and purchased bath etc. spontaneously so did not measure the space. Other workmen told me the items purchased could not fit as the bathroom was too small. JMD used their skill and initiative and fitted all the appliances in the bathroom. I am over the moon. They even fixed a cupboard door for me that could not close properly.

Inspired Design completely renovated my Victorian terrace. They worked to an extremely high standard. Paul was a pleasure to deal with, he always went the extra mile to get everything right. He also had many brilliant design ideas. Despite a whole number of setbacks (the survey missed a vast number of issues with the house) Paul did his very best to keep the costs down and took real care of us. He didn't ever take a 'not my problem gov' attitude. As you'd expect with a job of this size there have all sorts of snagging issues have arisen since they finished and each and every one has been dealt with. Highly recommended.

Happy with plastering and temp wall installation, but skirting board could have been better. Ceiling plaster developed cracking, which we were promised would be made good, but unfortunately due to poor communication and lack of consideration to the customer we gave up trying to get done by the tradesman and sorted ourselves. In the end a disappointing experience.
