We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Not only were they super helpful (assisting me to collect an item) but they also identified potential issues with the job as we went on and suggested cost effective remedies to ensure the finish was the highest possible spec. Ace in every way, would highly recommend Paul. He made 2 rooms into 1 for us and matched coving and picture rail, build cabinets to match existing. You would never realise it was two rooms. Nick impressed from the start by providing a detailed estimate which he kept to throughout. The initial job was to decorate the renovated interior from scratch ie bare wood and plaster and was very demanding with strong colours cut in against white walls and ceilings The gloss finish on the woodwork was exceptional. I am very pleased with the work done. Alan has been very helpful throughout. We initially asked for a quote for plastering and coving our living room, which has been very well done. He also made a good recommendation regarding contractors for electrical work we needed alongside this. In addition he took on the decorating of the room while we were away. He's helped with a number of 'extra' tasks and gone out of his way to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. We plan to employ him again. Highly recommended.
