He then agreed to start the job just 36 hours later, which was incredibly appreciated as I needed the job completing ASAP. I popped in half way through Fiore working and saw just how meticulous he was with his work. When I came back to the house upon finishing, I inspected the house and was incredibly happy with the turnout.

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.
All aspects of heating and plumbing work undertaken from full central heating installations to one off repairs, combi boiler swaps, heating conversions also boiler breakdowns and servicing. multiskilled engineers also covering plastering and brickwork.

Robert Heilds came to give me an estimate. He was clear about what was necessary and gave me a fixed price for the job. We agreed a date and time and when he was held up, he contacted me to let me know and attended as soon as he could. The job was completed as I expected and he told me to get in touch if I had any subsequent problems. No problems so fae!
After serving my 4 yr apprenticeship with Manchester City council which i worked on new builds, maintance, renavations & refurbishments which entailed traditional damp proof courses, timber treatments, condensation control & structural waterproofing

Haven't stuck to their word, took payment, haven't finished the job, didn't turn up at the times they, didn't bring correct equipment, left the difficult to reach part of the wallpaper, why take on a job you can't do. The woman who came to the house on the last day wasn't the one I dealt with via rated and she told my mum to 'piss off'. Tried ringing Shantelle Maughan, wouldn't answer, seems to have blocked me on WhatsApp. Happy to update this review if they come back and finish job.
