Michael and his partner did a great Job with the plastering.took his time to blend in the repaired area with rest of the ceiling and prep for painting.since painting the repaired area it looks very good.Michael tided up after the Job and took all old material away.would use his company again.

Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

Excellent quality of work, speedy work, friendly, professional foreman/boss of company. His staff cleaned up after their work. They did arrive late on occasion but overall provided excellent building and decorating works.

I used Epping Plastering having been contacted by them through this site. Having agreed a price the job was started. The price then changed as the job neared completion and the icing on the cake was them deciding to go on holiday for 2.5 weeks before the job was finished. When they did came back they were not best please and displayed their dissatisfaction in no uncertain terms. They still have my house keys and I am having to take legal action to get this matter resolved. Very unprofessional company.
We do everything from touching up for the new tenants arriving, to the full upscale dream make over that you might be after. We are a professional team with a strong back bone in quality to make sure our customers are always happy with our work.

After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!

The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Alton Services built a 2-storey extension for us and we were so delighted with their work they went on to refurbish our bathroom, completely refurbish my mother's new home and build a conservatory. Their range of ability, attention to detail and work ethic has been really reliable. They turned up every day all day and nothing was too much trouble. Long delay to fit unit with no contact for weeks.Screw put through water pipe, causing damage to flooring and on repair of this,more damage caused to flooring.Poor quality wood used, item not stained when requested. Cannot use a nail gun sucessfully, nails sticking out on top of unit.Weeks of no answer to calls to put things right. Compensation eventually offered for damages and hassle caused, then no answer when trying to collect compensation.Very poor service.I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!
