Excellent, professional job undertaken by Ty and his guys Matt & John. Project was to remove existing tiling and then install new to kitchen, pantry & utility room. Old tiles & latexing done in one day, then new works completed in 1 & 1/2 days. Matt & John worked long days to complete the work in shortest possible timescale, and respected that works were being done in our home. Very considerate and tidy. Pricing was good value.

We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.

Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote.
