Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Darren dismantled my shower screen and fitted a new bath and panel for me. His work was to a very good standard, he was polite, tidy and very helpful and honest with questions i asked about other jobs i would like him to do in the bathroom for me. He's coming back to fit a shower rail for me and at some point a heated towel rail. I would recommend Darren to anyone looking for a plumber.
