Both Martin and Lee come to my home looked at the job and gave me a very reasonable price, as a female on my own I was very concerned about having strange males in my home but I can assure you they not only put me at ease they were lovely. I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.
