We hired Gowan PM to decorate our first project of 7 apartments. They are so much more than your average tradesmen; multi skilled, (great tiling and bathroom installation) tidy (put our team to shame), when we changed a main colour they were fab and just took it in their stride. This was a fiddle of job retrofitting insulation between rafters in a 1930 chalet bungalow. Tricky and uncomfortable work and companies quoted high in response. Lesters quote was a good slice less than others. Lester had a great reference from a previous job and lived up to it in every way. He completed the job on time, within his estimate, and with great attention to detail. He is pleasant, communicates well, knowledgeable and great at discussing the options and little issues, and giving timely advice.

If I could add 10 stars, I would. Martyn,Russ and their team have done a First class job on my kitchen, at a reasonable all in price. All completed in about 10 working days. Martyn came and prices my job and I thought I had a good idea as to design, however his experience guided me to amendment that would enhance and improve the layout. A start date was agreed and right from the start everyone arrives on time and completed a FULL days work and no one left BEFORE the site was clean and swept. THANK YOU.

Very tidy and efficient guys. Only downsides - I selected "less than £250" cost bracket and it was assumed that I was happy to pay £250 for re-using existing parts and a couple of hours labour - rather than give me a quote. Didn't fix fault first time, but did return at no extra cost to complete.

Terry is new to Bristol and will make a very good name for himself in short order. Terry's work ethic is admirable. He promised to finish in a day and worked in to the evening to complete the job. The standard of finish is exceptional. The work involved skimming two large walls, and boarding then skimming a ceiling. He is diligent, very friendly, a consummate professional, and I doubt you'll find such quality at a better price. I commend him to you and will be asking him to do more work in the near future.

End result of my rather large Cotswold dry stone wall looks stunning with many complimentary comments from the local villagers. Regardless to say that I very happy with the job. Elliott and Dave worked very hard to get this job done in time for our daughters first birthday party set in our garden.
