He turned up on time to start the job with all the materials he required, no money up front for materials, and he finished within the time we had agreed. the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased. Sam was great - he co-ordinated with our plumber as he was fitting flooring, arrived on time and even went to get additional items on my behalf. Nick and Conrad refurbished a full bathroom for us, and we’re very happy with the result. They gave great advice, like installing a pump for a high-pressure shower and rearranging the toilet and sink for better use of space. They were also very helpful in sourcing and installing needed parts. Unexpectedly, they also replaced the toilet in our second bathroom when it turned out to be necessary. After 2 years the porch is sinking due to insufficient foundations. Builder Steve now refuses to contact me as he has moved to Spain. Unlikely. Buyers beware Steve will give you a good price but I would not use him again for any work requiring more than cosmetic.
