A reasonable quote was given very quickly for a fencing job. The chap I spoke to on the phone beforehand and met on the day of the job (Simon) was polite, knowledgeable and pragmatic. He and a colleague erected the 5 6x6 fence panels and posts without fuss and to a high standard, despite some difficulties inherent in the job. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

After a few days, coming back to the house, the material bubbled so my floor had small marks. So they either didn't air the material out properly with the rack or they have mixed the material for too long that they introduced too much air in the mixing. Just make sure and remind them not to introduce too much air when mixing the material.

I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

Don’t think the job was straightforward as ours is an older house with all the problems that can bring but this didn’t faze him. He completed the work inside six hours and cleaned up after. We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.
