This guy has installed my electric wiring need but unfinished the job. Charged me more than full price but very unorganized and poor work. He even openly exposed the plug which has been exploded after a few months he installed this. Extremely horrible guy! No one should hire him ever.

I had my flat walls/windows painted & the work was poor. I had to change one date of project & instead of rebooking, a day of my job was lost and the work was not finished properly. Also my furniture was ruined by the painter spilling paint on it, possibly in his rush to finish. I called after job was paid for to try to resolve the poor paintwork quality & get help with restoring my drawers, but they never got back to me. I had to re-finish much of the work myself, and lost a piece of furniture. Avoid.

After we decided on the price, he decided that he was not going to clean the gutters on both sides of the house even though that was his main argument for such a high price

Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.
We complete all aspects of property maintenance on both Residential and Commercial properties - we are nominated contractors for a number of Managing Agents and Commercial businesses.

A few weeks after the repair the first problem occurred, I called them but they wanted to charge me a call out fee of £49.00 to have a look at it after I paid £150.00 to have it repaired. I refused thus called a different locksmith who noted that the cylinder was too short for the new lock and page security should have known this and changed it while fitting the new lock. Now I have a temperamental lock that works 1/20 called them again and was told I have to pay £49.00 to have someone look at it.
Have specialised in every aspect of tiling / stone work for the past 20 years . From large commercial projects to smaller residential works have covered all bases .Havent used this site for a long time as always busy but would like to give it another try

Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!

after first contact by email to arrange a call back , we discussed on phone details of the job informed someone might call to look at site sounded good and promising, nothing since! no show , no calls, no emails. the description was clear and the job defined in the advert. They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.
