Having used a LOT of tradesmen in the last year, i can say that Andy was a real find. (A non-grumpy plumber and a good one too!!) He begun the installation as agreed but the cubicle supplied wasn't suitable. Once the supplier sent another cubicle, he returned that night and finished the job. He even helped me out with a tap in my own house despite it being after 8pm. You won't find a better plumber or bathroom installer on this site. I will certainly be keeping hold of his number!

They were very friendly and did an excellent job of rehanging a period door that had come away from the door frame that need cutting out and replacing sections of timber - all at a very reasonable price. After a lack of response from local tradesmen, thankfully Alan Yates was in touch soon after posting the request. He knew over the phone what the most likely faults and remedies would be and arranged to be with us first thing the next morning. Unfortunately it was more complicated than first thought and a new shower was required. Alan returned later that day to fit it and it is working well. Would happily recommend Alan to anyone in a similar situation.
