We had bob and his team, jack and ryan in to do a dining room extention on the back of the house, also decking and a pagoda built. We are so pleased, they did an amazing job. Top quality. Ben is thorough and professional in his work. When the fire alarm system that he installed was checked by the fire officer, he found it was done to a high standard. Ben has done other jobs at our nursery, PAT , door entry system and door alarm. He did all the electrical work at our home when we refitted the kitchen. Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

However, failure to respond to repeated requests for certification of the work done and subsequently being advised that my consumer unit had been left in a dangerous state means that this has to be revised. One star because I cannot see how to award no stars. Disappointingly unsatisfactory.

II made a significant mistake going with ION. To the extent I have had to get another security installer in to remove his poor work and reinstall a new systsem The customer service is poor, with ION not responding to any form of communication! The original scope of the work was never completed and was left in poor state I would avoid using him at all costs! Else you will end up having to pay double for someone to do the job properly!

They were not unqualified. They met every regulation in the book. You first said the wires needed to be in conduit, but when I had this checked, you then accepted that this was not the case. You said the 'regulation had changed' but conduit was never a legal requirement, just something done for practicality. The electricity was working fine for 3 days before you came and started working. This is nothing personal just bad trademanship, which I have a moral duty to highlight to others.

he never came to my house to check if my measurements were correct, he then called back to ask if i had any other quotes i advised i hadnt, he said because if i had, received a quote for say 400, he wouldnt bother wasting his time putting it on paper and coming round to pop it into my door, now i might not of necessarily of gone for the cheapest quote, so as he couldnt be bothered, i found a tiler who laid it for me.

I have 10 years experience in building construction,so basically i know to do everything from simple things like changing a light bulb to build a new extension and gardening work,paving,fences and maintenance of the garden,i do driveways and loft conversions to. I always go extra mile to ensure every task is finished up to the highest standard, on time, while keeping your home tidy. I try to keep rates as affordable as possible, never compromise on quality.
