The only one of six P&D`s to turn up after saying they would do the job for us.( P&B Maintenance were the only Rated People tradesmen who answered our advert and we were not disappointed). They gave me a quote which we felt was acceptable and agreed a start date. Elliot and Charlie came on the day agreed and got on with the job in hand. Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all. Would recommend him highly, cost was v reasonable and was very glad to find him.

We agreed the job would take half a day over the phone (I knew what I needed in broad terms but did not have correct networking experience to pad it out, buy a box, patch board, fit it etc). Aaron ordered the parts, and an additional switch I asked him to, and then came and did an excellent job moving things around and putting them in the box, connecting a server, routing the utp cables, in trunking, ... I got exactly what I needed with no fuss. Very pleased.
