Since serving my time as a qualified plasterer, which i won apprentice of the year in Sunderland in 1991, my business has grown from strength to strength. Owning several houses of my own in the rental market, I also work for many Landlors over the years. Not only do I do my own plastering, I do everything that`s needed to do before the tenant moves in: incl. joinery, electrics and gas (which does require the need of a qualified gas engineer and electrician to sign off the work that I do). I pride myself for my timekeeping and punctuality. Once I start a job, I always stay on it, till it´s complete, before I move onto the next one. Initially I was sceptical about using this service, but within 5 minutes of placing my advert I was contacted by this company. They did everything they said they would do, arrived on time, worked effciently and cleanly and more importantly cleaned up after them which I think is always a good sign from a tradesman. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone requiring work of a similar nature to mine. Although not a roofing expert I assessed the work to be cleanly and very competently carried out.

Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00. It was an excellent job, they were professional, efficient and caused minimal disruption to the household, and their quote was cost-effective. We will definitely be offering them further work in future.Â
