Tom came to quote and gave a figure much higher than expected. I knew before the £500 was too low but to put £1000 seemed OTT. Discussed requirements and Tom researched the prices. Sliding doors were very expensive. We decided on hinged ones instead saving about £200. The final figure was above budget but I felt it was worth it to have the study I wanted. Tom came when said he would and worked hard to complete the project in the time quoted. I like the quality of result and am pleased with the workmanship.

Initially we wanted one wanted one job doing which then turned in to multiple jobs across the house including a full re ferb of the front room and bespoke Shelving in various places round the house. (plus many other jobs over the last X6 months). Mark is competent in nearly all trades which made all the jobs X10 easier and cheaper. I am so impressed with the work carried out by Multitrade. They completed all the work (stairs, two built in cupboards, architraves, skirting boards, 30msq of wood flooring) to a VERY high standard and at all times considered my budget. Suggestions were made along the way on ways that would improve the job. Multitrade are also able to recommend a quality plasterer (Craig - Plaster Right) which worked well. Between them they could agree on what work was needed when so that they could work around each other. Provide plenty of tea to wet their whistle and you can be sure you will get a quality result. We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). Steve and the guys were very professional. from the initial quotation nothing was left in doubt, Steve gave us confidence and after speaking to several companies, we felt they would be the most reliable. I was right, quality good, price also & the guarantee paperwork came through very quickly. The guys on site we great, especially, the brickie, plasterer, electrician and the general fitters, I would use them all again on future projects.
