Milaim / Mosaic recently installed a new bathroom for me. This involved removing everything, repairing and plastering walls, and installing new units (shower, bath, WC, sink), tiling, painting and laying new floor. They completed the job in 8 days which was very impressive. Given this was my only bathroom and I've got young kids, they made sure that the bath was operational throughout. They also kept the place v tidy and worked incredibly hard. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

I am very satisfied with a quality of the work. The tradesperson explained me possible consequences of the job (since the wardrobe was attached to the ceiling, the floor and the walls I would need a decorator later on) before he started, was asking for my clarification on some details during the course of his work, Everything was done neatly, the tradesperson vacuumed the floor after he finished and removed the rubbish. I am definetely reecommending him.

Mr Goodman, was punctual for all appts before starting the job. He brought with him relevant colleagues, ie electrician and plumber. He started work last week and so far all is going very well. The only problems have been with deliveries, but this is not his fault.

The 2 gates were hand made and were finished over the allotted time and on budget and we could not fault the workmanship. I'm extremely happy with the work Silver Spring Landscapes have done on my back garden and cannot recommend this company highly enough to anybody who needs landscaping work. I needed a new fence and paving but couldn't decide on the pavers to get. Szilard came around in his own time and helped me choose pavers and suggested designs. When they started work they were always punctual and extremely hard working whle at the same time being very pleasant and incredibly helpful, trustworthy and clean, too - they vacuumed at the end of each day. Szilard is clearly a perfectionist and he and Josef wouldn't finish each day until they achieved the highest standards in their work. The fence and paving is of the highest quality and the quote was extremely competititve. Marbuild started off by fixing and replacing floorboards in our house but we were so impressed we called them back to take out or old and fit our new kitchen and convert our hallway to being longer. Our next door neighbours even ended up using them to do their hallway too. I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!
