Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

Shima and his colleague turned up early on the day and executed the job before schedule (quoted 2days - completed in 1day). The guys took extra time with awkward interfaces and junctions, and even provided additional materials where required, leaving a very high standard of finish once complete. Dan did an excellent job. He took some photos I gave him of a cover I had seen online with a curved top and some measurements of my radiators. He then created some clear CAD drawings of the design to show what the covers would look like. The end result was fantastic and he fitted them snugly to the walls and cut in the skirting board profile perfectly. A great result, solid sturdy covers with a great finish applied. I would thoroughly recommend Dan for any bespoke project you are considering.

After a very bad experience with the original company that dealt with our roof we were pleasantly surprised to find a company that turned up as promised. After inspecting our roof, they explained what needed to be done and we are extremely satisfied with the way our problem has been dealt with.
