Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.

We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Our house being old, there were a number of complications, and Neil found a solution each time, without increasing the cost. Girenas was very thorough, spending half an hour measuring and calculating before even offering a quote. The quote seemed very reasonable and we accepted him to do our work - boxing in a boiler in the kitchen. The walls were very uneven and Girenas spent the time and attention to individually cut the wooden supports so that they would fit the curves of the wall. Attention to detail was superb and has resulted in a top quality cupboard unit to cover our boiler. Would definitely recommend him.
