Fix It Fabrications have done a great job for us. Steve and Rob have assembled a great team of tradesmen. The job was done on time and on budget and to a good standard of quality. We decided to completely remodel and refurbish our 3-bedroom semi-detached house. Steve not only fabricated some of the steel beams in his own workshop, he also provided project management throughout, and advised us on the design for the loft room. Most importantly, Steve is a builder I can trust, I would use his company again.

Some small issues with the varnish and stain colouring on some planks but this was down to the actual wood itself and not the job. Nevertheless the manager came round to have a look and then sanded and re-did the particular planks until he was satisfied that there was nothing more that could be done save for removing the wood itself, proper dedication to a good job.

I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

Turned up in time, did what was asked and cleaned up after himself when finished. Cut two oak work tops and routered the hole for a Belfast sink. Shima and his colleague turned up early on the day and executed the job before schedule (quoted 2days - completed in 1day). The guys took extra time with awkward interfaces and junctions, and even provided additional materials where required, leaving a very high standard of finish once complete. Dan did an excellent job. He took some photos I gave him of a cover I had seen online with a curved top and some measurements of my radiators. He then created some clear CAD drawings of the design to show what the covers would look like. The end result was fantastic and he fitted them snugly to the walls and cut in the skirting board profile perfectly. A great result, solid sturdy covers with a great finish applied. I would thoroughly recommend Dan for any bespoke project you are considering.

One of the roofers arrived (on time) and after inspection of the roof gve us a very competitive quote. Having agreed price, date and time to start the work, they arrived on time and immediately started working. Throughout the day they were considerate as they had to access the roof via the house, ensuring that everything was left clean and tidy. You would not think you had just spent a whole day with roofrees in the house as the roof looked like new (solar reflective paint). Would recommend this firm as a unit providing a service without being "ripped off", as you paid the price agreed with no add-ons.
